- Decompression and Professional Training: When a dog comes into our care, we prioritize their well-being by placing them in a boarding facility for decompression. This period can last from a few days to a few weeks, during which time they receive professional training.
- Thorough Behavioral Assessment: We conduct a comprehensive professional behavioral assessment on each dog to identify their strengths and weaknesses. This assessment helps us tailor our approach and training methods to meet the unique needs of each individual.
- Individualized Board & Train Program: Following the assessment, the dog enters a specialized board and train program. Experienced professionals work closely with the dog, providing several weeks of personalized training to address specific behavioral challenges and build their skills.
- Ongoing Training and Foster Support: Even after the board and train program, we continue to reinforce the training through ongoing support. The dog may stay at a trusted and experienced foster home or return to a boarding facility, where their progress is monitored and training is maintained.

- Thorough Vetting: We carefully assess potential adopters to ensure the best match based on personality and temperament, not just breed or appearance.
- Prompt Response: We aim to respond to adoption applications within 24-28 hours, initiating further discussions and gathering additional information.
- Scheduled Meet & Greet: We connect with applicants through a phone call and schedule a meet and greet with the dog for a chance to interact. If there are other people, children, or pets in the home, we arrange introductions to ensure a harmonious transition.
- Education and Training: Adopters receive comprehensive education on the dog's training history and needs, enabling them to reinforce the training and ensure continued success. A follow-up session is encouraged 1-3 months post-adoption for ongoing support.
